Job Context:
∎ Long Term Contract under third party
∎ Position based in Tejgaon Sales Centre, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily schedule of product delivery
∎ Act as Single point of contact for order placing
∎ Mediator between Distribution & Customer regarding delivery issues
∎ Provide all backend process support like Raising SFDC cases, Price increase implementation, Credit revisions, Master creations of a new customer etc.
∎ Mediator between front line sales & backend for ensuring smooth customer service
∎ Follow up with customers & front-line sales in addition to standard dunning procedure to ensure timely Collection of dues
∎ Prepare & generate different reports to assist management in Weekly Business tracking
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
∎ Strong communication skills and exceptional self- motivation combined with an appetite for challenges.
∎ Excellent English & Bangla language skills to enable you to work effectively with our diverse teams right from the start.
∎ IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Highly organized and able to manage a broad portfolio of activities independently
Salary:
∎ Monthly salary ranges from Tk. 30,000.00 to 50,000.00 per month based on experience and competency
