Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Location: This is a remote job you can do from home.
∎ Job Responsibilities: Maintain regular communication with clients, promptly addressing and resolving any issues or complaints. Additionally, effectively promote job opportunities using the prescribed methods to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
∎ Daily Time Commitment: The job offers one 8-hour shift: 2 PM to 10PM.
∎ Work Volume: The job involves 50 minutes of work per hour, with the option to take a 10-minute break each hour or a 20-minute break every 2 hours. This adds up to a total of 400 minutes of work or roughly 6.6 hours per shift.
∎ Off Days: Each sales representative is entitled to one off day per week. However, this must be coordinated with their colleague, as the other sales representative will need to cover an 11-hour shift on the day off.
∎ Selected candidates will first complete a 2–3-day training, followed by a 1–2-week internship. During the internship, they will handle tutor requests and follow up with clients to gain practical experience.
