Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area-wise volume and unit targets·
∎ Consistently meet monthly sales goals and KPIs·
∎ Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance·
∎ Ensure dealer stock is managed and monitored efficiently·
∎ Implement and oversee merchandising activities in the marketplace·
∎ Maintain strong client and dealer relationships to boost sales and customer satisfaction·
∎ Conduct market visits, identify gaps, and onboard new dealers·
∎ Analyze sales data and provide reports for continuous improvement·
∎ Align sales strategies with company objectives across departments·
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities·
∎ Manage sales budgets and optimize resource allocation
∎ Key Responsibilities
