Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Good understanding of sales & marketing.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
∎ Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Achieve the set sales target and objectives.
∎ Provide ongoing performance feedback to the management to maximize team productivity.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
∎ Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Stay updated on interior design products, trends, and industry developments.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.

∎ Work closely with other departments such as design, and estimation to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
∎ Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
∎ Good presentation skills.
∎ Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude.
∎ Should be able to work under-pressure.
