∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals with potential members.
∎ Sales and Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a focus on customer service is preferred.
∎ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with potential and existing members.
∎ Target-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
∎ Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address customer issues and concerns.
∎ Organizational Skills: Ability to manage leads, track sales, and follow up with prospects.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ New Membership Acquisition: Identifying and contacting potential members, presenting membership options, and securing sales.
∎ Member Retention: Providing excellent customer service, addressing member concerns, and encouraging renewals.
∎ Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals.
∎ Lead Generation: Identifying and nurturing potential leads through various channels.
∎ Product Knowledge: Understanding and effectively communicating the benefits of membership packages and related services.
∎ Customer Service: Providing information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to membership.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
