Job Responsibilities:
∎ Who drives customers and ensures
∎ growth. He coordinates overseas hubs to
∎ ensure smooth delivery to the
∎ destination.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate all Export and Import Freight
∎ activities, including quotation, booking,
∎ documentation, data entry, shipment
∎ tracking and tracing, billing, and
∎ arranging deliveries, among other
∎ responsibilities.
∎ Communicate daily with shipping lines,
∎ vendors, truckers, customers, warehouse
∎ contact, sales representatives, and
∎ overseas offices.
∎ •Handle requirements for dangerous or
∎ controlled goods and ensure to have
∎ proper export-import controlled permits,
∎ licenses, etc.
∎ Provide Sales lead for line Manager.
∎ Follow up quotations with the clients.
∎ Ensures all documentation, such as
∎ invoices, AWB, and other related
∎ documents for outbound /inbound
∎ shipments is completed accurately and
∎ forwarded to the appropriate party.
∎ Maintenance of CRM system, input
∎ client's data, keep updates.
