Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare proposals based on client job requirements.
∎ Respond to queries and maintain marketplace terms & conditions.
∎ Provide feedback and follow up with clients to confirm orders.
∎ Facilitate mutual understanding between parties.
∎ Contribute to sales efforts by effectively communicating the value proposition.
∎ Create samples of work as needed and ensure alignment with client expectations.
∎ Maintain a database to track tasks and liaise between clients and operation teams.
∎ Facilitate seamless communication and coordination to meet project objectives. Required Qualifications:
∎ Typing Speed: Minimum 25~40+ wpm (English).
∎ English fluency and excellent communication and collaboration skills; IELTS would be highly preferable.
∎ Preferred to be Experienced in WordPress/Data Entry/Lead Generation/Digital Marketing/Graphics Design.
∎ Ability to generate new sales and close deals, Experience in international marketplaces/freelancing.
∎ Educational Requirement: A polytechnic diploma or a bachelor's degree in any field (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
∎ Preference will be given to those who have basic knowledge or experience in WordPress/Data Entry/Lead Generation/Digital Marketing/Graphics Design.
∎ Probation Period: 3 months
∎ This is not a remote/part-time job
