Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve sales targets for CT and MRI machines as outlined in the monthly and annual business plan.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
∎ Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
∎ Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of CT and MRI machines, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
∎ Stay updated with the latest advancements in CT and MRI technology.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
∎ Analyse competitors and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
∎ Highlight the unique selling points of CT and MRI machines during presentations.
∎ Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales deals.
∎ Ensure that all sales agreements are profitable and align with company policies.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required by management.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
∎ Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve collective sales targets.
∎ Support team members by sharing knowledge and providing assistance when needed.
∎ Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
∎ Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with the products.
∎ Adhere to company rules and regulations, including sales policies and ethical standards.
∎ Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
∎ Travel to various customer locations to conduct sales meetings and presentations.
∎ Utilize Microsoft Office applications to manage sales reports, presentations, and documentation efficiently.
∎ Adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
