Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve sales target on time.
∎ Maintain effective relationship with the resellers and customers.
∎ Increase the prospect of existing products by exploring new markets, customers, and other potential avenues.
∎ Timely collection of outstanding or credit revenues from the customers.
∎ Introduce new sales strategies to beat the competitors and capture the cream of the market.
∎ Obtain market information and keep the management informed.
∎ Visit customer, sales center and provide support to all marketing and sales team members in regular basis.
∎ Interacting with different internal and external.
∎ Preparing and presenting different reports for decision making by Sales Leadership Team.
∎ Assist in short/ mid/ long term planning and other activities.

In Asia and Bangladesh market, our brand Dongjin has been the leading brand for several years. In 2016, we invested about USD30 millions to set up a factory in Bangladesh with an area of 40,000 square meters and we expect to become the largest sealed lead acid production base there. With a strong sales & marketing team, service and support in Bangladesh, our brand is strongly established with more than 90% market share.
In 2018, Dongjin group decided to set up more factories in Philippines, India and Brazil to save transportation cost for our customers worldwide, which will greatly support us to realize our sales target USD900 millions in 2019.
In order to support services nearer to customers location, we will not stop from here but will continue to explore to set up more factories in other countries in the near future.
