∎ Must have aggressive selling attitude.
∎ Should have skill in business communication.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Corporate visits and collect client’s needs.
∎ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
∎ Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
∎ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
∎ Retail sales effort with team members and other Sales Executive.
∎ Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
∎ This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
∎ The successful candidate will be able to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
∎ The candidates will have to work in the Sales & Marketing team of the company.
∎ The job will require lots of client visits Corporate office, Shop, Hospitals etc.
∎ Manage and grow existing client accounts collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients. Additional responsibilities include key-account management, fair participation etc.
∎ Market visits and inspection of potential customers and retail outlets.
∎ Creation of new clients in designated areas.
∎ Implementation of monthly sales targets.
∎ Constantly monitoring the activities of customers and establishing good relations to increase sales.
∎ Analyzing product demand and reporting to superiors.
∎ Taking appropriate measures for the collection of dues from clients.
∎ Ensuring delivery of goods to customers by notifying the logistics section of the collected money by updating the software.
∎ Contribute to the sales development of the company from time to time to achieve the highest company sales target and collection target.
∎ Perform other duties as directed by Head of Department.
