Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in sales, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Offset printing and packaging
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
∎ Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
∎ Manage existing accounts, build long-term relationships with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide product information and pricing to clients and follow up on proposals and quotations.
∎ Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close sales.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production and delivery of orders.
∎ Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
∎ Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the sales head/ management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent time management and organizational skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Knowledge of printing and packaging processes and materials is a plus.
∎ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
∎ Two Wheeler's owners will take preference.
Salary: Negotiable
