Job Context:
∎ Working Hour : 10am-10pm (Full time) 3pm-10pm (Part time)
∎ Job Location: Any outlet of Ecstasy inside Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report on time at work station
∎ Dress code entry & cell phone deposit
∎ Grooming complete & attend the morning briefing
∎ Product dusting, size refill, hard tag check, barcode check, iron check
∎ Product requirement to BM
∎ Daily target receive and try to achieve
∎ Customer Service
∎ Daily basis dummy change according to VM instruction
∎ Must have all type of product knowledge
∎ When customer choose product for trial not more than 4 pcs in the trial room
∎ Section cleanliness
∎ Before going outside for break must check body with guard & recheck by our selected team
∎ Break time 45 minutes can use a day.
∎ No one should leave work station when there is a single customer
∎ Never argue with customer, will mention only Sir/ Madam
∎ After finish work while leave Show room cooperate with security & cross check team for body & bag check. Sign out properly & receive own cell phone.
∎ Any other work assigned by BM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 months' work experience in retail or chain outlets, fresher can also apply if they feel suitable for the post.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 5500 - 9500 (Monthly)
∎ Depends on Full Time or Part Time option.
