Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and approach potential clients such as retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and other small businesses
∎ Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, local visits, and community networking
∎ Conduct product presentations and live demos to explain the software’s features and benefits
∎ Build trust with clients and demonstrate how the Cloud POS Software solves their billing, inventory, and reporting needs
∎ Handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations confidently
∎ Close sales and coordinate with the technical team for onboarding and setup
∎ Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and customers
∎ Keep accurate records of leads, interactions, and closed deals
∎ Stay updated on local business trends and competitor products
∎ Provide market feedback to improve product offerings and sales approach
∎ Minimum 1 year in field sales or B2B sales
∎ POS or software sales experience will be considered a strong advantage
∎ Age: 22 to 35 years
∎ Must be target-driven and self-motivated
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Basic understanding of mobile apps/software
∎ Familiarity with local small businesses and areas
∎ Sales commission/incentives
∎ We are looking for a Sales Executive with strong sales and communication skills to promote and sell our Cloud based Point of Sale (POS) software to local small businesses. This is a field-based role that requires client visits, relationship building, and the ability to close deals independently.
