Job Context:
∎ An exciting opportunity has become available at Zurhem, Bangladesh`s first ever luxury fashion label, for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Representative (Male/Female)
∎ We`re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
∎ You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
∎ Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
∎ Advises customers by providing information on products.
∎ Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
∎ Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
∎ Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
∎ Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ * 3 to 5 years professional working experience in retail/Clothing store.
∎ *Listening, Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Selling to Customer Needs, Product Knowledge, People Skills, Energy Level, Dependability, Verbal Communication, and Job Knowledge.
∎ *Fluency in English
∎ *Have to be smart
