Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sell & achieve targets both volume & service.
∎ Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule or acquire referrals from existing leads
∎ Administering client accounts; recording and maintaining client contact data
∎ Manage existing customers with professional sales handling, establish personal rapport, provide consultation and recommendation, technical support, pre-sales technical assistance, product education, prompt delivery and after-sales service
∎ Key customers should be monitored closely – to plan on regular visits, communicate and understanding customer needs, enquire on new prospects, assist customers in their stock planning process, and follow-up on providing prompt delivery
∎ Negotiating tender and contract terms.
∎ Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
∎ Set up trainings, application / technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have experience in sales with exposure of bearings / industrial / automobile/agriculture etc.
∎ Experience in either technical product sales, a spare parts environment, or preferably previous experience in the bearing and power transmission industry.
∎ Demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
∎ Have the desire to develop your current knowledge and skills.
∎ An ability to engage with people and build rapport.
∎ A strong customer service focus.
∎ A willingness to work in a team environment.
∎ Driven to meet sales targets and work in a highly successful team
