Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering and/or Master/MBA in respective field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target as per company policy.
∎ Achieve individual and team sales targets.
∎ Monitor market activities, follow up on sales and promotional activities.
∎ Travel to project sites, visit key clients and maintain professional business relationship within target accounts.
∎ Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
∎ Listen, understand and convey customer requirements.
∎ Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contracts and correspondence in company approved database.
∎ Facilitate Management team to review and evaluate sales performance at business review meeting.
∎ Manage long term business relationships with the clients to consistently achieve established Sales Plans/ Targets/ Collection targets.
∎ Gather market & competitor information thereby forecasts future sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 years' working experience in Air Conditioning, Fire Systems, Power Generators, MEP Engineering Solutions or similar industry
∎ Strong team building skills, demonstrated skills and ability in effectively leading teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
∎ Effective negotiation and convincing skills.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Bengali (Bangla)
∎ Proficient in Microsoft and AutoCAD will be definite advantage.
∎ Excellent relationship with consultants, building contractors and subcontractors would be an added advantage.
