Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement Marketing and sales plans and strategies based on Market Analysis to maximize the market share for the particular area as assigned by the management.
∎ Assist in preparing yearly/monthly sales targets and budgets based on the market forecast, trend, and brand image.
∎ Play a leading role in conducting thorough market research on the local market to find potential buyers and associates/agent and take Necessary action to convert these potential buyers into satisfied customers.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with associates/agent, customers.
∎ Collect, Forecast, and analyze the market and competitor's data and report to the respective supervisor.
∎ Design and develop sales programs and assign the team accordingly to implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
∎ Complete all required daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as requested by EUROPA CONSULTANCY management.
