Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Age: 32 to 45 years.
∎ Candidates without sales experience in Food & Beverage products do not need to apply.
∎ Strong reporting and analytical skills.
∎ Experience in a similar or equivalent position will be preferred.
∎ Must be hardworking, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
∎ Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in assigned divisions.
∎ Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
∎ Distribute daily sales targets and ensure achievement.
∎ Assign, coach, and motivate sales staff.
∎ Identify market gaps and take necessary action.
∎ Schedule and monitor the movement of sales staff.
∎ Provide counseling and discipline to sales staff in the assigned region.
∎ Visit depots and dealer points regularly.
∎ Train and developthe sales team to enhance selling and interpersonal skills.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, customers, and stakeholders to strengthen the network and expand coverage.
∎ Conduct weekly reviews of monthly targets.
∎ Ensure timely submission of reports and claims by business associates.
∎ Age: 32 to 45 years.
