∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Lab equipment, Medical Devices Sales and Marketing, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team Management
∎ Business Planning & Execution
∎ Create a distinct sales process for sales reps to follow
∎ Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year, etc.
∎ Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
∎ Announce, present, and educate sales team of any new or upcoming products
∎ Train new sales department hires in company processes and procedures
∎ Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals
∎ Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations
∎ Hold frequent performance reviews with staff to provide constructive feedback
∎ Sales and marketing of Diagnostic Lab Instruments to Lab & Hospitals, Govt., Non-govt Organizations.
∎ Product Segment: Diagnostic laboratory instruments and reagents including Hematology Analyzer, Biochemistry Analyzer, Electrolyte Analyzer, ESR Analyzer, Coagulation Analyzer, Immunoassay Analyzer etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Result oriented, self-motivated candidate with strong interpersonal skills to lead & manage the team will be offered attractive compensation package.
