Educational Requirements:

∎ Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Experience in retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising.
∎ Proficiency in marketing techniques and promotion planning
∎ Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
∎ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the company's leadership team to establish sales targets and quotas that align with the organization's revenue goals.
∎ Ensure that the targets are realistic, achievable, and measurable.
∎ Lead, Train, and Motivate the Sales team, and Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
∎ Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge.
∎ Implement motivational strategies to inspire the team to exceed their sales targets.
∎ Regularly review sales performance data, such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
∎ Analyze the data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
∎ Set customer service standards for the team and ensure that they are consistently met and exceeded.
∎ Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
∎ Work closely with the brand and marketing teams to plan effective promotions and sales events.
∎ Coordinate marketing efforts to maximize sales opportunities.
∎ Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked and available for customers.
∎ Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve the customer experience.
∎ Track sales performance against financial targets and take necessary actions to meet profitability goals.
∎ Implement cost-saving measures where appropriate to improve store profitability.
∎ Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, legal regulations, and safety guidelines.
∎ Address any compliance and safety issues promptly and effectively.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and recognition for achievements.
∎ Identify areas for improvement and offer ongoing support and development opportunities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ FMCG Sales & Marketing.
