∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
∎ Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electric/electronics industry.
∎ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
∎ Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
∎ Identify and develop new market opportunities for HAMKO’s electric products.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budget planning to management.
∎ Ensure after-sales service and customer satisfaction in collaboration with the service team.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and product launches.
