∎ Ena Food & Beverage limited some experienced Sales Manager (SM) for bulk sale of high-quality rice. The selected person will serve in different geographical locations of the country.
∎ Have to capability to sell in Bulk.
∎ Demonstrate a proven track record of successful rice sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving market share growth.
∎ Use extensive knowledge of products, especially rice, to drive sales growth and market penetration.
∎ Lead and manage a field sales team within assigned cluster, region or territory, providing guidance, support and motivation to achieve sales objectives
∎ Confirming the order of rice from the market.
∎ Ensuring collection from parties.
∎ Conduct Market survey and develop domestic market.
∎ Prepare various report and set the targets and plans.
∎ Visiting customers and potential customers to identify needs or promote products and services and develop solutions.
∎ Build strong partnerships with distributors, retailers and other stakeholders to increase brand visibility and accessibility.
∎ Communicating with supervisors and giving orders to head office.
