Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and executing a marketing plan to grow the company's business in the Interior Design sector.
∎ Coordinating marketing and sales campaigns.
∎ Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
∎ Researching and contacting potential clients to understand their requirements and secure deals.
∎ Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to clients.
∎ Maintaining effective communication and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
∎ Managing projects from beginning to completion.
∎ Other responsibilities, as the company may deem necessary from time to time, related to sales and marketing. Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
∎ Should have experience in Architect, Interior & real state client service. Develop sales target with reports on sales and marketing strategy Client Relationship Management Prepare marketing & business development plan. Creating comprehensive and goal-oriented marketing strategies to achieve brand awareness, lead generation.
