Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet sales targets and prepare reports.
∎ Assist in sales order processing and payment collection.
∎ Monitor competitors' activities and prepare action plans according to market needs.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales of products or services.
∎ Find new customers and provide suitable products or services to meet the needs of existing customers.
∎ Provide customer service and resolve their complaints/feedback.
