Job Context:
∎ Preference will be given to those who are willing to serve at least 3 years.
∎ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, adaptability, and initiative.
∎ Strong understanding of SIP technology, TDM technology, and IP Networks.
∎ Should have proper idea about DIGITAL MARKETING and Telecommunication.
∎ Able to work under pressure without time boundaries to cover 24/7 support services.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and approach potential customers and suppliers through various means of communication.
∎ System log and trace analysis, routing configuration, Soft Switch Configuration Database backup.
∎ Comes up with innovative solutions to various problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.
∎ Should have good communication skills to perform global sales or support services.
∎ Experience in the IT industry will be preferred.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
