∎ Identify prospective customers, assess their needs and strong ability to transform them to actual clients;
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide personalized life insurance solution.
∎ Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
∎ Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive prospecting and client engagement.
∎ Provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.
