Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Automobile, Motor Workshop

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Start the daily invoicing process referring allocation file shared by CSE team.
∎ Follow up the communications from CSE team of any additional delivery requirements.
∎ Complete the invoicing process in SAP as per the SOP.
∎ Print shipment challans and sent those to store team to initiate their works.
∎ Complete the shipments after loading by posting the shipments in SAP system.
∎ Complete all reporting requirements given by the management accurately and timely manner.
∎ Keep proper communication with all stakeholders of depot operation (CSE team, OTM team, SAP team, BCP, Distributor houses, Sales team, etc.)
∎ Complete E-vat for Unilever Consumer Care ltd.
∎ Contribute for the safety culture of depot by sharing the safety behavior observations.
∎ Follow up and complete any exceptional requirements (ZASG, ZNON, ZRE, etc.)
∎ Perform any other depot related task as a when management assigned.
