∎ Storing, organizing, managing files and editing documents.
∎ Providing customer service and handling daily inquiries.
∎ Managing inventory, sourcing suppliers and submitting/approving invoices.
∎ Sending and receiving emails, faxes and physical documents.
∎ Managing company documents and files.
∎ Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries (email, phone, in-person).
∎ Opening and closing the office daily.
∎ Maintaining office cleanliness.
∎ Taking overall responsibility for office operations.
∎ Reporting daily to management on completed and pending tasks.
∎ Consulting with management before making or changing decisions.
∎ Assisting in daily operations and tasks.
∎ Operating office equipment (e.g., photocopiers, computers).
