Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performing secretarial and administrative duties of Chairman of the Company.
∎ Preparing & reminding itinerary & appointments or pending/urgent matters on a daily basis.
∎ Able to draft correspondences &/or follow dictation in English.
∎ Filing, Follow up implementation Notices & IOM.
∎ Take dictation and minutes, drafting emails and maintaining the filing system.
∎ Assist in tasks and projects which include record keeping, liaison, and coordination.
∎ Maintaining confidentiality on all secretarial matters.
∎ Must possess good written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other basic computer skills.
∎ It is essential to understand how to draft a legal letter.
∎ Working Hour: 1st Shift 2 pm- 5 pm and 2nd Shift 9 pm- 2 am.
∎ Work from Home (Weekly 2 days present in office, depending on urgency).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
