Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop a counseling plan of District Reintegration Service Centre as per the monthly target;
∎ Provide/Facilitate training for the volunteers as per plan;
∎ Preparing monthly and quarterly training and counseling report for District Reintegration Service Centre (district level office)
∎ Develop a compilation report of all District Reintegration Service Centre;
∎ Provide counseling to the returnee migrant workers and their family members
∎ Refer migrant workers for trauma counseling and medical treatment support
∎ Participate in supervision session to become more expert on counselling issues.
∎ Emergency duty at airport to receive vulnerable returnees to provide them need based emergency support including counseling
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
∎ Proficient in training facilitation and management.
∎ Adept at participant counseling.
∎ Possesses strong communication skills.
∎ Demonstrates excellent reporting abilities.
∎ Bachelors/ Masters in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Welfare/ Social Work
∎ 0-1 year experience in counseling and training facilitation, orientation at community level of Bangladesh.
