∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ 5+ years of experience in security management, law enforcement or the armed forces, with a strong understanding of security principles and practices.
∎ In-depth knowledge of security technologies, incident management software and other security-related equipment, such as access control systems and CCTV surveillance.
∎ Demonstrated ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures and programs.
∎ Familiarity with laws, regulations and industry standards pertaining to security and safety in India.
∎ Proficiency in security assessments, audits and investigations at a large scale.
∎ Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse security team.
∎ Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying and mitigating security risks.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. Physical fitness and the ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and implementing robust security strategies and policies to protect the company’s assets, employees and facilities.
∎ Assessing potential risks and vulnerabilities, investigating security breaches and reinforcing appropriate measures to mitigate them.
∎ Leading and managing a team of security personnel, including hiring, training and performance management.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of security requirements into business processes and projects.
∎ Conducting regular security assessments, audits and inspections to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
∎ Maintaining and updating emergency response plans, ensuring all employees know their roles and responsibilities.
∎ Collaborating with external stakeholders, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to enhance security measures and respond to incidents.
∎ Fostering a culture of security awareness and training employees on security protocols and procedures.
∎ Develop and implement extensive security plans, policies and procedures to protect personnel, assets and information.
∎ Lead, train and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
∎ Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
∎ Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
∎ Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment and other security technologies to ensure proper functioning and effectiveness.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments, such as human resources and IT, to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.
∎ Investigate security breaches, incidents and violations, document findings and implement corrective actions.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to enhance security capabilities.
