∎ Proficiency in using security technology and surveillance systems·
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills·
∎ Adequate knowledge regarding fire safety issue of the complex.

∎ Skills:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Security Officer is responsible for supervising the Security Guard and their activities, securing the properties and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
∎ operating security technology like CCTV, access control systems, and alarms.
∎ Ensure appropriate deployment to ensure utmost safety and security.
∎ Conduct regular and random inspections or patrols to ensure security alertness.
∎ Conduct grooming sessions, training programs and other sessions for the Security Guards.
∎ Maintain different registers related to security, guest, inventory etc. and prepare reports accordingly.
∎ Monitor access control process to restrict trespassing.
∎ Ensure necessary protocol for all in due diligence.
∎ Respond to security incidents and emergencies and coordinate activities accordingly.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards·
∎ Carry out other activities as guided by the Management.
∎ Physical fitness and ability to perform patrolling and responding to emergencies.
