∎ সেনাবাহিনী, বিজিবি, পুলিশ বা আনসার বাহিনী থেকে অবসরপ্রাপ্ত
∎ নিরাপত্তা টিম ম্যানেজমেন্ট, গেট কন্ট্রোল, রিপোর্টিং এবং ইমারজেন্সি হ্যান্ডলিং এ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ কম্পিউটার ও সিসিটিভি মনিটরিং-এ অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
∎ সুস্বাস্থ্যের অধিকারী ও শারীরিকভাবে সক্ষম হতে হবে l উচ্চতা: ন্যূনতম ৫ ফুট ৬ ইঞ্চিদৃষ্টি শক্তি ভালো ও মানসিকভাবে স্থিতিশীল হতে হবে
∎ রাতের শিফটে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে
