Job Context:
∎ Must-Have Good knowledge of Communication In Both Bangla & English ( writing & Speaking).
∎ Job Location: Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.
∎ Willingness to work in a factory environment.
∎ Those who do not meet the requirements need not apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise and monitor the compliance of all the security procedures and policies from the company at local plant and contractors.
∎ To oversee duties and responsibilities for local contract security companies.
∎ To coordinate and supervise all special missions regarding VIP protection, crime investigations, special operations, etc.
∎ To ensure needed training is provided by the security company to the security personnel.
∎ To ensure that Company - Corporate Security standards are maintained.
∎ To manage and administrate all the security personnel and resources.
∎ To establish a relationship with local authorities like police, fire department, investigation units, etc.
∎ To provide security support and advice to expats regarding risky places and how to live safely in the country as a foreigner.
∎ To coordinate or arrange from airport to hotels or houses the security aspect for any guest and expats.
∎ To follow up on the compliance related to C-TPAT, WRAP and any other Security program.
∎ To perform all other activities related to security.
∎ To ensure proper maintenance of security gears like CCTV, Archway, Metal Detector, Walky-talky, etc.
∎ Look after overall Factory Security & Safety.
∎ Able to handle/manage a large number of security forces.
∎ Assist to Security In charge to prepare the Duty roster as per requirement.
∎ Able to Guard distribution & monitoring them.
∎ Training conducts & develops security measure.
∎ Maintaining proper locking system.
∎ Ensure Man, Machine & Material safety for whole factory premises.
∎ Control & Communicate with the proper channel during any incident.
∎ Responsible for organizing the security department.
∎ To take adequate precautionary measures to ensure the safety & security of the Men & Materials of the company.
∎ To ensure proper deployment of the security personnel and take care of internal security.
∎ To perform any other operation-related function indicated by the immediate supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Army/Navy/Air force retired person (Sergeant to JCO) will be given preference.
∎ Strong personality, Desirable
∎ Team working skills
∎ Strong managerial skills
∎ Ability to motivate team and others
