Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing pre-final inspection & final inspection.
∎ Doing final inspection end of the sewing line before sending the garments to the washing section.
∎ Handling the buyer responsibility during their visit independently.
∎ The full responsibility regarding the Quality & Make report by self.
∎ Able to handle garments products for safety issues as per Sainsbury's buyer requirement.
∎ Must know Sainsbury's product safety standard.
∎ Doing individual inline, pre-final, and final audits as per Sainsbury's buyer standard.
∎ Ability to audit and analyze suppliers working methods in working conditions and quality standards subject to the type of products and factory.
∎ Decision-making on quality issues & leading (Factory) QA Team.
∎ Maintain all QA files and shipment schedule.
∎ In-Line inspection.
∎ All kinds of sample approval.
∎ Ensure size set sample review and measurement.
∎ Must have Certification of Sainsbury's Self Inspection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience with knit Garments.
∎ With relevant manufacturing experience.
∎ Must have Certification of Sainsbury's Self Inspection.
∎ Fluently written and spoken in English.
∎ Able to issue the inspection report and email communication in English.
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ A robust personality is able to work under pressure.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Available for travel when necessary.
∎ Strong leadership quality to drive the self-inspection model.
Salary: Negotiable
