Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise daily administrative operations collaborating with Admin Officers
∎ Monitor & supervise hospital cleanliness & decor
∎ Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
∎ Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
∎ Counselling with patients.
∎ Help to prepare work schedules
∎ Create innovative work strategies to develop the patients service and business.
∎ Make the plan to reduce variable cost of all sectors
∎ Help to maintain organized medical and employee records
∎ Help to grow administrative staff’s performance
∎ Monitor Marketing status of all marketing officer
∎ Monitor pharmacy sales, purchase status
∎ Develop Marketing strategies (Online, Offline, Printing, Miking)
∎ Train up new employees as a group
∎ Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical, stationary and office supplies
∎ Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff
∎ Resolve potential issues with patients
∎ Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations
∎ To maintain safety and security of all kinds of medical records.
∎ Oversee the daily operations of the medical records department, including staffing, budgeting and record keeping.
∎ Ensure confidentiality of patient information by following the guidelines of the hospital and applicable laws of the country.
∎ To implement and review policy framework in record management policies, workflow, work instructions, standard operating procedures and to meet administrative, legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Prepare reports on the status of medical records management.
∎ Ensure that all medical records are complete, accurate and up to date.
∎ Conduct audits of medical records to ensure compliance with regulations.
∎ To organize, attend and meeting minutes of the medical record/forms committee meeting.
∎ Maintaining liaison with all department personnel, consultant, CMO, Manager and other regarding the OPD & IPD forms implementation.
∎ Train staff on proper medical records management procedures.
∎ Supervising, advising, controlling & directing medical records staff for updating, correcting & maintaining medical records forms and other activities with 100% compliance.
∎ To be maintaining liaison with intra department employees and outside agencies to obtain requires insurance and patient history information, medico legal information and all other clinical information regarding patient’s treatment.
∎ Assist patients and families with requests for medical records.
∎ Workplace -Work at Hospital
∎ Working Time & Days: 12 hours /day (Depends on Schedule) Weekly 6 days.
∎ Holiday: Weekly One Day
