∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA)

∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Foreign Trade or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
∎ Minimum of 20 year years of experience in administrative management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
∎ Strong understanding of office management procedures and systems.
∎ Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with administrative management software.
∎ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
∎ Good English understanding and used to work in a multicultural environment

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Team Leadership and Management:  - Supervise and mentor a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support.   - Conduct performance evaluations and develop professional growth plans for team members.   - Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
∎ 2. **Operational Oversight:**   - Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.   - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve workflow and reduce costs.   - Supervise Hand Books are in order   - Supervise Import and Export matters with Customs and C&F agents   -Supervise banking operations related to export and import transactions are done timely and accurate    -Supervise the C&F (cost and freight) and transportation bills are executed timely
∎ 3. **Strategic Planning and Execution:**   - Collaborate with senior management to align administrative functions with organizational goals.   - Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.   - Lead projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing administrative processes.
∎ 4. **Communication and Coordination:**   - Serve as the primary liaison between administrative staff and other departments.   - Ensure effective communication within the administrative team and across the organization.   - Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
∎ 5. **Compliance and Risk Management:**   - Identify potential risks in administrative processes and implement mitigation strategies.   - Take action to solve the Legal Issues with the Government authorities as Licenses, Permits and Regulations  that need to be always valid and updated-Overview that the Compliance Programs and the Environmental projects are in accordance to the budget and in the time agreed to be completed.
∎ 6. **Technology and Systems Management:**   - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of administrative systems and technology (IT and ERP implementations)
