Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, SUST or any other IAB accredited public universities candidates are requested to apply.
∎ Skills Required: 3d max with vray rendering, 3DS MAX, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, LUMION, Rhino

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Blender, Professonal rendering, SketchUp, unreal engine
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the project team, including overseas architect, engineers, and contractors, to develop architectural concepts that align with project goal and objectives.
∎ Create detailed architectural designs, including plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models, using CAD software or other design tools as well as video Rendering & Animation
∎ Perform and complete assigned tasks from management as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
∎ Strong design and conceptualization skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of sustainable design practices and principles.
∎ Experience in construction coordination and site supervision is an asset.
