Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Arch. / B.Arch. degree from BUET/KU or equivalent degree from Abroad.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design of Shopping Mall.
∎ Preparing quotation, budget & schedule for different type of project.
∎ To work closely with design teams of different project.
∎ To work closely with the site engineers, project manager & other stack holders.
∎ Coordinate work with other disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire detection & Protection, Interior designers etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Specialized in design of Shopping Mall.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Residential & Commercial High rise building design etc. will be treated as an added advantage.
∎ Updated knowledge about the latest building material items from home and abroad and their usage, prices and availability.
∎ Updated knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code, RAJUK Imarat Nirman Bidhimala & different national and international standards of related field.
∎ Knowledge and practical experience of Interior design and Landscape architecture design will be treated as an added quality.
∎ Full Membership from IAB and RAJUK Nibondhon is a must.
Salary: Tk. 200000 - 250000 (Monthly)
