Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the development of marketing and branding plans for toiletries and human beautifying product, cosmetic products.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, and regulatory) to align product positioning with market needs.
∎ Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and threats.
∎ Execute marketing campaigns for product launches, trade shows and other promotional activities.
∎ Develop and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations and digital content.
∎ Work closely with R&D to align product features and benefits with customer needs.
∎ Coordinate with the sales team to provide product training and marketing collateral.
