∎ Understanding of branding strategies and the interplay between visual and content messaging.
∎ Experience in creating templates, infographics, and digital marketing materials.# Basic knowledge of motion design, video editing, and UI/UX design is a plus.

∎ # Creating, evolving and maintaining our visual identities brand guidelines and brand assets across all our brands.
∎ # Developing visual concepts for campaigns, events, and product presentations.
∎ # Optimizing existing designs and templates for different audiences and platforms.
∎ • 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧:
∎ # Creating high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visuals for all marketing channels and brand touchpoint.
∎ # Developing key visuals and design templates to ensure a consistent and professional brand experience on all our brand touchpoint.
∎ # Visualizing complex ideas into appealing and easy-to-understand graphics (e.g., infographics).

∎ # Collaborating closely with the marketing team, content producers and external service providers.
∎ # Collaborating with UI/UX designers to develop and maintain our brand websites and creating landing pages.
∎ # Providing quality assurance and feedback to maintain the visual alignment of all designs.
∎ • 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
∎ # Incorporating current design trends and innovative visualization techniques.
∎ # Developing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the design workflow.
∎ # Finding creative approaches to make visual content even more engaging and impactful.
∎ # Provide graphic design training sessions for other team members within the content team.

∎ Monthly compensation package of BDT 80,000 - 100,000 (based on experience) during probationary period. (Negotiable for candidates with high level of expertise and experience)
