∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ American Brand handle/coordination preferable. (Specially AEO);
∎ Monitoring, follow up and implementation of Accord/RSC, Alliance/Nirapon;
∎ Liaison with buyers, 3rd part, regulatory bodies & stakeholders;
∎ Implement the compliance policies, procedures and sustain the code of ethics throughout the facilities for SEDX, BSCI, WRAP, BWB, SLCP, FSLM, ISO 9001, CTPAT, GSV, SCAN Technical Audit & buyers CoC etc.;
∎ Prepare and coordinate different 3rd party and brands audits e.g. SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, BWB, SLCP, FSLM, CTPAT, GSV, SCAN, Technical audits, Certification audit and Buyers CoC etc.;
∎ Lead the internal (Social Compliance & Security) Audit at facilitie, and coordinate to implement remedial measure of all non-conformities;
∎ Communicate and support production facilities to ensure environmental compliance as required by Environmental guideline; e.g. WCLP, PaCT, ZDHC, Higg, GOTS, GRS, RCS, OCS, RWS etc.;
∎ Conduct different compliance training for the Employee/ Worker about labor law, certification as well as buyers' requirements (e.g. SA 8000, ISO 9001, ISO 45000, Buyer CoC, etc.);
∎ Maintain good relation between different departments to ensure compliance in a factory;
∎ Support to the factory regarding increment, promotion and benefits, and during emergency situation;
∎ Monitor factory activities to detect breach of compliance and immediately take appropriate action;
∎ Any other tast assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Fluency in written & spoken English;
∎ Computer knowledge in MS office;
∎ Ready to work under pressure;
∎ Good communication skill and well behavior;
∎ Sound knowledge about product safety and brand protection;
∎ Good communication skill with subordinates, superiors, owners and buyers as well;
∎ Sound knowledge to train-up subordinates;
∎ Working experience in large and renowned woven garments;
∎ Having a good knowledge about BLL-2006, BLL-2006 Amendment-2013, BLL-2006 Ammendment-2018, BLR-2015, BLR-2015-Amendment-2022, BNBC, NFPA, ACCORD, ALLIANCE, BSCI, SEDEX; HIGG.
