Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree is required but knowledge and skill will be the key to be selected.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide comprehensive counseling to students and their families on education abroad options and opportunities
∎ Experience in the Australia and North American (USA & Canada) countries will be given priority.
∎ Good Knowledge on the Australian Student Visa application process.
∎ Must have previous experience in dealing with large-scale clients promptly and with adequate care.
∎ Liaise with partner educational institutions to ensure timely processing of an application
∎ Ensure the client data is timely and accurately recorded in the company CRM system through each phase of the application process
∎ Effective communication with students and process all visa applications
∎ Administer full admission and visa processing support to the potential international students
∎ Host different virtual/ physical education and career fairs while dealing with various inquiries
∎ Represent the organization on a global platform by establishing positive relationships
∎ Meet with students, answer questions about the college or university, and evaluate potential applicants
∎ Should be highly ambitious, target achievers and goal oriented.
∎ Mature enough to handle all kinds of responsibilities, as per office administration.
∎ Must be physically and mentally fit in order to attend office regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 year(s) as a Counselor
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ At least 1 to 2 year(s) relevant experience (MUST); please don't apply without relevant experience.
∎ Experience in Australia and North American countries will be given priority.
∎ Experience using CRM and other sales tools is a plus.
∎ A Level background or Good IELTS Score is preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Education Counseling, Education Research, Student Visa Processing, English (Language), Computer skill, Follow up with calls & emails.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable (on the basis of skill & experience)
