∎ Applicants must have Excellent Communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ The employee has to deal with students and agents, process their file for admission & visa interview.
∎ Help the students with SOP / Study Plan writing & making promotional marketing content for Schools, Colleges & Universities
∎ Communicating with international universities, Colleges & Schools if necessary.
∎ Job Location:"Sagor Global Consultancy", Kazi Tower, (Opposite of Jamuna F P), Ka-57/1, Pragati Sarani, Kuril, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh.
∎ Office time: Full-time (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate and deal with the potential students / guardians who wished higher study in abroad.
∎ Process university and visa application process from initial to completion phase.
∎ Handling in-office as well as enquiries by phone and online platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook etc. and convert these enquiries into applications and admissions.
∎ Handling phone calls, answering queries of all the students, updating the database of the contact details, performing in terms of follow-up actions for the phone enquiries etc. to ensure services.
∎ Having vast knowledge on foreign university course requirements and selection, application procedures, semester intakes, admission and visa requirements.
∎ Updating the comments of the follow up done with students in the CRM/ Excel spread sheet.
∎ Following up with counselled students regularly and assure whether they have received course options if not complying with the same.
∎ Having extensive knowledge and understanding of Statement of Purpose and Genuine Temporary Entrant requirements for different countries.
∎ Sharing respective students' complete details with the Office in the desired formats.
∎ Checking application status & follow ups with the Office for offer letters and follow-up with the students for payment of tuition fee deposits.
∎ Organizing and coordinating seminars, workshops, fairs and promotional activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Graduate from UK / USA / Canada / Australia will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Academic Counselling, IELTS Instructor
∎ 2 to 5 year (s) in the same field in Student Consulting Firms.

Salary: Negotiable
