∎ Completion of the Higher Secondary Education with post-secondary training/certificate in electronic data processing, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of previous job experience relevant to the function.
∎ Proven experience in data management, collection, and software development is an asset, along with proficiency in relevant software such as ArcGIS, SPSS, R Studio, SQL Server, KOBO, Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) is an asset. Knowledge in PRIMES applications is a plus. Experience with web development languages, including HTML, PHP, ASP, and Java, is as asset. Ability to formulate technical data requirements and develop technical standard operating procedures and user guides.
