Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads to drive brand awareness, candidate sourcing, and employer branding for local and global market.
∎ Manage website content, SEO strategy, landing pages, and job boards to enhance candidate and client experience.
∎ Develop and refine compelling copy for web pages, social media, and digital ads, ensuring brand consistency.
∎ Create basic graphic designs using Canva or Adobe Illustrator for digital marketing assets.
∎ Manage automated marketing workflows, including nurturing sequences, newsletters, and targeted email campaigns, while ensuring consistent branding.
∎ Track digital marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
∎ Maintain a social media content calendar aligned with key business events and campaigns.
∎ 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media marketing, PPC campaigns, and SEO.
∎ Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
∎ Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar).
∎ Basic design skills with Canva and Adobe Illustrator for creating digital assets.
∎ Strong copywriting and content development skills for web and social media platforms.
∎ Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
