Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counseling Students
∎ Organize the documents and send to respective universities
∎ Visa Lodgement and all related works
∎ Assist students with their whole admissions procedure
∎ Remain regularly updated with the latest information
∎ Build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients
∎ Being in charge of counseling students by asking important questions, proactively listening to their needs, and helping them make the most suitable decision for their study options
∎ Process applications for international students: ELICOS, VET, College and University (This includes course-related requests including extension, deferral, and cancellations)
∎ Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of the student's application including documents under the CRM
∎ Communicate with partner institutions to enquire or follow up with students’ application
∎ Attend professional training and industry event from institutions or the company
∎ Update and report weekly, monthly & quarterly application process to the manager
∎ Liaise with other colleagues to help promote our brand and company to international students
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Be able to work individually with minimal supervision and as a part of a team
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary depends on suitable experience candidate
