∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Only B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Public Universities are encouraged to apply.
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excel, Project Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
R.C.C Construction
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check measurement book (MB), bill of quantity (BOQ).
∎ Prepare estimation, check requisition list, quantity & quality and inventory.
∎ Coordinate with procurement and delivery department.
∎ Prepare weekly & monthly budget, work progress etc. and deliver to Project Manager and General Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should be well enough to understand design, drawing, quality and time schedule.
∎ Should have the problem solving capacity in logical way.
∎ Ability to command & manage site engineers, workers and erectors.
∎ Strong Project Management knowledge of R.C.C. Construction.
∎ Should be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to visit different projects frequently as and when required at any part of Bangladesh.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
