Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 5-10 years of experience in Quality Control Department in a Precast Pile plant, Ready Mix Concrete industry, or heavy manufacturing environment
∎ Knowledge of concrete batching, formwork, reinforcement, and curing processes
∎ Strong understanding of concrete technology, mix designs, curing methods, and testing procedures.
∎ Familiarity with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods and quality assurance tools
∎ ISO 9001 or relevant quality management certifications are a plus
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, systems
∎ Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and monitor quality control checks throughout the production process, from raw materials to final products
∎ Oversee inspections of molds, reinforcements, concrete batching, curing, and finished precast piles
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and company quality policies
∎ Conduct tests on raw materials such as cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures to ensure compliance with specifications
∎ Perform concrete strength tests (compressive strength, slump test, cube/cylinder tests, etc.)
∎ Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to minimize defects
∎ Work closely with the production team to improve manufacturing processes and reduce rework or rejection rates
∎ Investigate and document non-conformities, including root cause analysis and corrective measures
∎ Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, material approvals and deviations
∎ Prepare and submit quality reports to Supervisor
∎ Coordinate with third-party auditors, consultants, and certifying agencies as needed
∎ Provide training to production staff on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices
