Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE/Mechanical
∎ Good Academic Record
∎ Skills Required: Sales, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptability, After Sales Service, Business development, client handling, Corporate sales and Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit Regularly in the Customer site within his/her territory to meet the customer demand
∎ Preserve and maintaining the customer visit and install base report to ensure the further business requirement.
∎ Identify, maintain and monitor Customer need/problems positively on time and give the prompt feedback/solution with best possible alternatives that are available.
∎ Attending customer call on time and give the feedback based on support request.
∎ Communicating with parent Company and other stakeholder for required support/ documentation/ shipment etc.
∎ Communicating with intra departmental function for necessary technical or non-technical support
∎ Collecting Market based information which will lead to attain the organization goal.
∎ Preparing other reports as per requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Similar industry's experience in Spare Parts Sale/ After Sales Support will get preference
∎ Having proper knowledge on gas generators market in Bangladesh will get preference
∎ should be comfortable working within highly compliant environment
∎ Adequate analytical skills is essential
∎ Strong negotiation skill, ability to work under pressure, Sound knowledge in English.
∎ Should have strong interpersonal relationship skills
∎ Very Good in MS Office package (MS Word, MS Excel, power point etc.)
